This project involves the restoration, design, and construction of the existing Judicial Building, which was constructed in the early 1900's, into a 500,000 square foot corporate office space. With ornate plaster moulding and column filled spaces, being restored to conference rooms, meeting areas, and multi-use spaces. A four story atrium is the focal transition between old and new spaces. The new construction portion is multi-level tenant spaces ranging in square footages to uniquely tailor each space to a tenants' specific needs and functions. The Grand Vestibule
